* Results for labs are w/n 1-24 hrs. and the report is given for free over the phone or in person (we will contact you a.s.a.p. if your results are abnormal).

We do have a doctor on call 24hrs/7days a week!! The answering service will take your call if you have a true emergency.

We treat all of our patients like our only patient - paying attention to their needs and concerns. Our practice is based on integrity and we often receive new patients by “word of mouth". Come by our office and have a routine physical or come in if you have an emergency and need to be admitted to an area hospital. We promise you that you will be seen a.s.a.p. and be taken care of faster than just entering an ER or “Doc in the Box" clinic. * To cancel an appointment you must call 24 hrs. in advance. Please limit the number of canceled appointments to three per calander year.

*You MUST be an established patient to receive the $45.00 for sports physicals. Our regular doctor visit cost is $77.00 for established self pay patients. We promote wellness and lifestyle changes! 

*Our annual exam costs and physicals are low and we provide different payment options. Please ask about out PPP System ( Patient Payment System) at our front desk

* Please provide your insurance information when making your appointment.

*Patients are to pay at time of service. Insurance cards, IDs, and current address are to be presented at every visit! We do prior authorizations for insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare.
